For a full refund or exchange, please ensure that the coffee bags are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used coffee bags due to the nature of the product.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or a damaged product during shipping.
